We’re always delighted to hear from you (especially with orders) and we’re always happy to help in any way we can.
All orders are filled by our trained operatives. We’ve got four packing rooms that are used for conventional products and another three dedicated solely to organic goods.
We use flat bottomed, eco-friendly compostable NatureFlex packaging so our products literally stand up to scrutiny. Some of our larger products are delivered in heavy-gauge polythene bags that are returnable (we recycle them this end.)
Our fleet of vans gets across the country on a weekly basis. Delivery charges are dependent on location and order size. The minimum order prices for free delivery for different locations are mapped out below

You can place your order on the phone, by fax or email and through our online ordering platform (coming soon).
Packed to Order
Once you've placed your order it is hand-packed to order by our highly trained operatives.
Delivered
48 hours after your order is placed it will be delivered by our drivers (depending on order date). For out of area deliveries and urgent orders couriers are used. See below for details.

Areas outside of areas A-D will be couriered; to receive a free pallet delivery a minimum order of £1000 is required. For amounts ranging £500-£1000 a charge of £40 will be levied for pallet delivery. For amounts under £500 full pallet cost will be charged or the order may be dispatched by box courier whichever is cheapest.
